Habit 1

Wake up early

  • Waking up early gives you a kick start for the day.  Apart from this,  Waking up early will leave you with ample time to prepare for your day ahead.

Habit 2

Make your bed

  • Starting your day by making your bed gives you a feeling of achievement & investing a few minutes of your time can set a positive tone for the rest of the day.

Hydrate & Eat Healthy Food

  • Adult humans are 60 percent water, and our blood is 90 percent water. To function properly, all the cells and organs of the body need water.  Therefore, Drinking water from time to time boosts your energy levels and make you feel great throughout the day.
  • A healthy mind resides in a healthy body. Hence, to accomplish a healthy mind and a healthy body, we should intake healthy food. Conclusion -  Staying hydrated & consuming healthy food influence our overall health performance and provide us energy and enhancing the physical and mental well-being. Hence, we stay active.

Habit 4

Get some air & natural Sunlight

  • Expose yourself to bright natural sunlight in the morning & breathe in the fresh air, clearing your mind and your senses. In fact, natural sunlight produces Vitamin D helps immune function accurately.

Plan your day

  • When you plan your day it makes it easy for you to track your time where you can realistically accomplish your daily task and you have a clear picture where to invest at a particular time of the day.

Take Action!

  • A plan without action is useless. You will need to execute your planned task and develop strategies to complete each of them successfully.

Habit 8

Read for at least 15 mins

  • When was the last time you read a book or a thoughtful article? Reading is a positive habit that has life-long influences on your health & Mind. Everything you read fills your head with new bits of information, & you never know when it might come in handy. The more aware you become, the better prepared you are to tackle any challenge you’ll ever face.

  • A feeling of appreciation or thanks.  Writing a gratitude list each day, You start to realize how significant small things are for your day-to-day happiness and looking at all of the good things that were happening in my life every single day.

Habit 10

Sleep for at least 8 hours

  • Sleep is something that your body and mind need to rest, repair, and rejuvenate and prepare for action day. Make sure you get an adequate amount of sleep on daily basis.
